LINC is a catalyst, resource, and connector for advancing workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts with a focus on organizations located in the greater Lehigh Valley.
Our goals are to build the capacity of leaders at all levels of organizations to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. Strategies and services are guided by LINC’s DEI Council, which is comprised of 10 experienced DEI practitioners with experience working in Lehigh Valley organizations.

Roundtables
Quarterly virtual webinars moderated by LINC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council with experienced DEI practitioners and organizational leaders. LINC hosted 4 virtual DEI Roundtables reaching 284 people from more than 60 companies in the greater Lehigh Valley; a 27% increase over 2022.
Inclusion
Summit
A biannual gathering of leaders to dive deeper into identifying and developing the key skills and competencies for inclusive leadership and advancing DEI within an organization. In 2023, LINC’s C-Suite Inclusion Summit attracted 105 CEOs and C-Suite leaders from 57 organizations in the Lehigh Valley.
CEO Breakfast Forums
Hosted by CEOs in the Lehigh Valley as a place for peer-to-peer conversations on approaches to advancing workplace inclusion.
Town Halls and Community Socials
In-person gatherings designed to expand social networks, make meaningful professional connections, and build community among those working to advance workplace inclusion in the Lehigh Valley.
