The event will be co-hosted by LINC’s board chair Marci Lesko, president & CEO of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and Tina Hamilton, founder & CEO of myHR Partner Inc.
LINC, a nonprofit organization committed to fostering welcoming and inclusive workplaces and communities, announced the continuation of its CEO Breakfast Forum series in 2026 with the next meeting on Monday, March 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Ben Franklin TechVentures.
“Coming together with like-minded leaders in the Lehigh Valley gives us something powerful, the chance to learn from one another, to exchange ideas and to honestly explore our different experiences,” said Tina Hamilton, CEO of myHR Partner, a small business owner and entrepreneur in the Lehigh Valley who is co-hosting the Forum after attending sessions in 2025. “These roundtables remind us that progress happens when we sit together, we listen with intention, and we build solutions as a community.”
This forum will focus on employer solutions for the workforce in ALICE households: Asset‑Limited, Income‑Constrained, Employed. An estimated 40% of the community in Lehigh and Northampton counties fall at or below the ALICE threshold. These people are described as living paycheck to paycheck, and their hardship often goes unnoticed. One minor unplanned event can trigger turmoil, often affecting an individual’s performance or, worse, leading to job loss. The discussion will focus on what’s working for these employees, how to address unmet needs, and the overall status of the community’s workforce.
“The CEO Breakfast Forum is an opportunity for leaders across industries to come together and have meaningful conversations about the challenges and opportunities in our workforce,” said LINC President Katelyn Mack.
LINC is hosting two additional CEO Breakfast Forums in 2026 on Wednesday, July 22, and Wednesday, Dec. 9.
Past CEO Breakfast Forum cohosts include:
Since its inception, LINC has helped more than 2,500 individuals and families from 31 companies transition to the Lehigh Valley. LINC’s career support services have assisted 272 individuals in pursuing job opportunities, while its Workplace Inclusion programs reach 50 companies. The nonprofit has also hosted more than 180 events designed to connect newcomers with longtime residents, fostering a stronger sense of community.
