Security Pre-Registration at Olympus
Olympus Security asks all visitors to pre-register to speed up the check-in process on the day of the event.
On October 4, 2023 you will receive an email from Olympus Security, via their Visitor Registration system (Traction Guest). Please fill out this form by October 8, 2023. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. At the conclusion of your pre-registration, you will receive a QR code via email that will allow you entry to the event.
If you are not able to pre-register, you may also enter your information during the check-in process on the day of the event. Please allow extra time for this process.

Our Summit brings together CEOs, presidents, and other C-suite executives who play a unique role in setting the culture of an organization, as well as overseeing key strategic and operational decisions. These leaders strongly influence whether an organization advances strategies to promote equity and belonging for employees and the people they serve.
Attracting & Retaining Talent
LINC was established in 2015 as an independent, nonprofit organization with the goal of creating a regional network to attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds. Over the past 8 years, LINC has served more than 1,000 job seekers and relocating workers in the greater Lehigh Valley, PA. LINC’s workplace inclusion programs, such as LINC’s DEI Community and this Summit, are an opportunity to highlight and share best practices and approaches that can enhance employers’ efforts to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Actionable Insights
This is not a sit-back and enjoy-the-panels Summit. While we’ll have an opportunity to hear powerful stories from people impacted by organizations’ longstanding commitment to advancing equity and belonging, the majority of the Summit will be spent around tables in workshop-style breakout sessions.
Breakout sessions led by expert Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioners provide an opportunity to reflect and identify opportunities for action. Breakout sessions include topics such as:

- Foundations for equity & belonging
