The panel is co-hosted by:

“AI is transforming the workplace, but success starts with leaders who prioritize people,” said Jeane M. Vidoni, president and CEO of Penn Community Bank. “This forum allows CEOs to explore innovative solutions while keeping employee needs at the center of every decision.”

From 7:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m., CEOs, presidents, superintendents, and city leaders will have the opportunity to attend the CEO Breakfast Forum. During the event, attendees will engage in conversation with fellow CEOs about how to responsibly guide AI adoption, support people through change, and align innovation with long-term, sustainable impact.

To kick off the event, Katelyn Mack, LINC president, will have a conversation with Laks Srinivasan, founder and CEO of Return on AI Institute (ROAI Institute). With over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, Srinivasan works to demystify AI for C-suite executives, develop AI strategies, and empower organizations to harness AI effectively. Srinivasan will reflect on recent data AI workforce data trends, including how employee gender, race/ethnicity, and age affect employees’ use of AI.

Attendees will also get an exclusive look at idealis. advisory’s latest report, Ready or Not, It’s Here: AI Adoption at Work, featuring newly refreshed data from their July 2025 assessment on workforce AI readiness. After the event, attendees will have continued access to the idealis data, valued at $1,500, to guide their future AI strategies.

“The CEO Breakfast Forum is a unique opportunity for leaders to reflect on the culture they are fostering in their organizations and to discuss emerging trends impacting whether people in our workforce perform at their best and businesses thrive,” said Katelyn Mack, president of LINC. “With executives from across the region, we aim to foster peer learning, actionable insights, and a shared commitment to preparing the Lehigh Valley workforce for the future.”
