LINC is a catalyst, resource, and connector for advancing workplace inclusion efforts with a focus on organizations located in the greater Lehigh Valley.

Our goals are to build the capacity of leaders at all levels of organizations to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. Strategies and services are guided by LINC’s Inclusion Council, which is comprised of experienced practitioners in the fields of human resources, employee/student engagement, and organizational development.

LINC Workplace Inclusion Program and Services

Virtual
Roundtables

Quarterly virtual webinars moderated by LINC’s Inclusion Council with experienced practitioners and organizational leaders.

LINC hosted 4 virtual Employer Roundtables reaching 284 people from more than 60 companies in the greater Lehigh Valley; a 27% increase over 2022.

Topics discussed include neurodiversity at work, engaging in a multigenerational workforce, communicating through conflict.

C-Suite Leadership
Summit

A biennual gathering of leaders to dive deeper into the key skills and competencies for inclusive leadership. The Summit returns on September 30, 2025 on the topic of Stronger Together: Leadership for Workforce Resilience & Community.

Past Summits attracted over a hundred CEOs and C-Suite leaders from 57 organizations in the Lehigh Valley. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more.

CEO Breakfast Forums

Hosted by CEOs in the Lehigh Valley as a place for peer-to-peer conversations on approaches to advancing workplace inclusion.

Past co-hosts include Rick Bucher, CEO, Victaulic; Tony DaRe, CEO, BSI Corporate Benefits; Kathleen Harring, President, Muhlenberg College; David Ruth, President, Northampton Community College.

Launched in April 2024, this series has convened more than 60 CEOs across the Lehigh Valley and Pocono regions.

In-person gatherings designed to expand social networks, make meaningful professional connections, and build community among those working to advance workplace inclusion in the Lehigh Valley.
