Brenda Ciena

Brenda Ciena serves as the Business Administrator for LINC operations. In this role, she will provide support to LINC staff, volunteers, customers, and clients and assist in the daily operations of business functions. She will also be a valued partner to the client services team in organizing and managing area resources to support successful community transitions.

Brenda graduated from Northampton Community College with an Associate degree in Applied Science focused on Healthcare Office Coordination and went on to achieve an additional certificate as a Healthcare Office Specialist as well.

Brenda comes to LINC with a strong background in workforce development, office administration, and financial management. Prior to joining the organization, she worked for Northampton Community College where she made an impact by helping students and adult learners overcome barriers to success and find meaningful employment in the Lehigh Valley. She is driven by her passion to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and businesses she serves.

Brenda believes in LINC’s mission and the power of inclusivity and connection in all that we do. Her organizational skills and experience managing all aspects of business operations will help propel the LINC team’s success.

Brenda was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley area and has one daughter. She enjoys traveling in her spare time and one day would like to visit Santorini, Greece, and London.
